The COXREELS EZ-ENHL-350 is an enclosed, spring-driven hose reel designed for trade and industrial environments where hose protection, appearance, and reliable retraction are priorities. The reel is housed in a heavy-gauge, powder-coated steel three-piece casing that shields internal components from contaminants, moisture, and physical damage. The EZ-Coil spring motor is a lubricated, cartridge-style unit that retracts hose up to 80 percent slower than conventional spring reels, reducing snap-back hazards for technicians. CNC robotically spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges add structural strength and protect hose from abrasion during operation. This reel is installed by HVAC technicians, plumbers, and general mechanical contractors in shops, service bays, and field vehicles.
The EZ-ENHL-350 suits applications requiring a 3/8 inch ID hose in lengths up to 50 feet. The enclosed casing makes it well suited for clean professional environments including service shops, commercial facilities, and mobile service units where an exposed reel would be unacceptable. The adjustable hose roller guide and multi-position lock ratchet mechanism allow precise hose positioning across a wide range of task scenarios. The three-piece casing is designed for straightforward removal and reinstallation, supporting routine maintenance without taking the unit off its mount.
Designed for use with 3/8 inch ID, 11/16 inch OD hose up to 50 feet in length. Intended as a direct-fit unit within the COXREELS EZ-EN enclosed spring-driven hose reel series.
Installation is performed by qualified mechanical or HVAC service technicians. Shut off all fluid supply and relieve line pressure completely before mounting or servicing the reel. The cartridge spring motor is removable without dismounting the reel from its bracket, simplifying maintenance. Follow applicable OSHA and facility safety guidelines when working with pressurized hose assemblies.
