The COXREELS ENL-N-450-SS is a spring-driven, enclosed stainless steel hose reel designed for demanding service environments where corrosion, contamination, and moisture are constant concerns. Built on the EN-SS series platform, it features an electro-polished stainless steel drum, a stainless steel fluid path, and a cartridge-style spring motor that is fully enclosed and removable for field maintenance. The reel accepts hose with a 1/2 inch inner diameter and accommodates 50 feet of hose. It is installed and serviced by licensed plumbers, industrial mechanics, and fluid system technicians.
This reel is suited for commercial and industrial applications where standard carbon steel or aluminum reels are not appropriate. Typical deployment environments include food and beverage processing facilities, chemical handling operations, marinas, car washes, and any site where rust or chemical contamination of the fluid path is a disqualifying condition. The enclosed three-piece stainless steel casing protects the hose from UV, abrasion, and incidental contact while keeping the installation clean and professional in appearance.
Designed for use with 1/2 inch inner diameter, 3/4 inch outer diameter hose up to 50 feet in length. Connects via standard NPT swivel inlet fitting. Verify hose material compatibility with the fluid being dispensed prior to installation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber or industrial piping technician familiar with fluid distribution systems. Shut off supply pressure and depressurize the line completely before mounting or making any hose connections. Secure the pedestal base to a structurally adequate surface using fasteners appropriate for the substrate. Consult applicable plumbing codes and facility safety requirements when routing hose in food processing or chemical environments.
