The COXREELS ENHL-N-125 is an enclosed, spring-driven hose reel built for trade environments where hose protection and a clean installation appearance are both priorities. The reel houses a 1/4 inch ID, 9/16 inch OD hose up to 25 feet in length inside a heavy-gauge, powder-coated steel three-piece casing that shields internal components from dirt, moisture, and physical damage. A machined zinc-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel supports straightforward seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. CNC robotically spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges add structural strength and protect the hose during retraction. The cartridge-style spring motor is lubricated, enclosed, and removable for field maintenance. Installed by HVAC technicians, plumbers, and general mechanical contractors in commercial and industrial settings.
The ENHL-N-125 fits applications where a compact, self-contained hose management solution is needed at a fixed service point. The enclosed casing makes it suitable for workshops, service bays, and mechanical rooms where a professional appearance is expected alongside reliable hose retraction. The single-pedestal, no-weld steel base with solid one-piece construction and dual axle support provides stable mounting on floors, walls, or ceilings depending on bracket configuration. A multi-position lock ratchet mechanism holds the hose at any extended length, and an adjustable hose roller guide protects the hose at the outlet.
Designed as an OEM-style enclosed spring-driven hose reel for use with 1/4 inch ID hose in trade service and light industrial applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with hose reel mounting requirements and the applicable piping or pneumatic system. Shut off and depressurize the supply line fully before connecting or disconnecting the reel. The three-piece casing disassembles for access during mounting and maintenance. Follow all applicable facility and safety codes when securing the base to the mounting surface.
