The COXREELS C-MP-425-425 is a dual combination spring-driven hose reel designed to deliver two fluid sources from a single compact assembly. Built on the C Series platform, this unit combines two independent reels on one mounting base, making it well suited for applications where space is limited but dual supply lines are required. The reel features a machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel with an external fluid path, CNC robotically spun ribbed steel discs with rolled edges, and a chip-resistant CPC powder coat finish. It accepts hose with a 1/2-inch inner diameter and accommodates 25 feet of hose. At 78 pounds, the assembly is a fixed-station unit intended for wall, floor, ceiling, or vehicle mounting.
This reel is intended for trade and industrial environments where two fluid or air sources must be accessible from a single mounting point. Typical applications include automotive service bays, maintenance facilities, and fleet service vehicles where air, water, or fluid lines are run simultaneously. The compact dual-reel design allows each reel to operate independently while sharing one pedestal, reducing the footprint compared to two separate reel installations. The multi-position guide arm adapts to a variety of mounting orientations without requiring additional hardware changes.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit unit for dual hose reel applications requiring a 1/2-inch ID hose in combination spring-driven configurations. Also available in air hose and electrical cord combination configurations within the C Series line.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid or compressed air distribution systems. Shut off all supply lines and depressurize the system before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the pedestal base to a structurally sound surface using appropriately rated fasteners for the mounting orientation. Confirm that the supply fitting and swivel connection are compatible with the intended fluid type and operating pressure before placing the system in service.
