The COXREELS C-LPL-150-150 is a C Series combination spring driven dual hose reel designed to deliver two fluid sources from a single compact assembly. The unit houses two independently operating reels on one mounting base, making it well suited for tight workspaces where running two separate reels is not practical. The spring driven retraction mechanism uses a precision coil spring factory tuned for long service life. The machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel uses an external fluid path design for straightforward seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and fleet service professionals commonly specify this reel for dual-line service work.
The C-LPL-150-150 is built for applications where two fluid or air sources must reach a work area simultaneously and floor or wall space is limited. The single pedestal base accommodates wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations through an adjustable multi-position guide arm. It is a practical fit for service trucks, shop bays, and fixed service stations in commercial and light industrial settings. The assembly carries a 1/4 inch inner diameter hose path and accommodates 50 feet of hose per reel.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit dual hose reel for commercial and light industrial service applications requiring two independent hose lines from a single mount. Also available in air hose and electrical cord combinations within the C Series lineup.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid handling and compressed air systems. Shut off all fluid and air supply lines and depressurize the system before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the pedestal base to a structurally adequate surface using fasteners appropriate for the mounting substrate and load. Confirm all NPT swivel connections are leak-tested before returning the system to service.
