The COXREELS C-L350-5016-E is a spring-driven combination hose reel from the C Series, pairing an air hose reel and an electrical cord reel in a single compact assembly. The unit features a solid one-piece steel base with a no-weld expanded pedestal design, CNC robotically spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges, and a cartridge-style spring motor that is factory tuned and fully enclosed for easy removal and maintenance. The 3/8-inch ID, 5/8-inch OD hose path handles compressed air supply, while the integrated electrical section includes a 5-foot lead cable with grounding plug and an incandescent caged drop light with tool tap plug. Licensed HVAC technicians, mechanics, and industrial service professionals are the typical installers.
This combination reel is built for shop, fleet, and industrial service environments where two utility sources — compressed air and electrical power — are required simultaneously and floor space is limited. The single mounting base accepts wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting positions via the multi-position guide arm, making it adaptable to fixed service bays or mobile service vehicles. Each reel operates independently within the shared assembly.
Designed as an OEM-style combination air and electrical hose reel for use in compressed-air service applications requiring simultaneous electrical cord access in a single-mount assembly.
Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic or service technician familiar with compressed air systems and low-voltage electrical connections. Shut off and bleed the compressed air supply and disconnect electrical power at the source before mounting or servicing the unit. Secure the mounting base to a surface rated for the combined weight of the reel and loaded hose. Verify all NPT swivel fittings are properly sealed and that the grounding plug is connected per applicable NEC requirements before returning the system to service.
