The COXREELS C-HPL-325-325 is a C Series combination spring-driven hose reel that integrates two independent reels into a single compact assembly. Designed for applications where two fluid or air sources are required in tight spaces, it features a shared single mounting base that reduces footprint without sacrificing stability. Each reel operates independently and retracts via a precision coil spring motor factory-tuned to the application. The hose inlet ID is 3/8 inch with an 11/16 inch OD, and each reel accommodates 25 feet of hose. This unit is used by industrial maintenance technicians, fleet service professionals, and shop mechanics who need dual-source delivery without doubling their wall or floor mount requirements.
The C-HPL-325-325 fits stationary shop environments as well as vehicle-mounted service rigs where space is limited and dual fluid or air circuits must be accessible from a single station. The compact two-reel assembly is well suited for automotive service bays, manufacturing facilities, and mobile service units. The multi-position guide arm supports wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, giving installers flexibility in placement. Where two separate sources such as dual air lines or dual fluid circuits are needed simultaneously, this combination reel eliminates the need for two separate mounting locations.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit option for dual-circuit spring-driven hose reel applications; also available in air hose and electrical cord combination configurations within the C Series.
Installation is typically performed by industrial maintenance technicians or qualified shop equipment installers. Shut off and depressurize all fluid and air supply lines before mounting or connecting the reel. The multi-position guide arm should be secured to a structurally adequate surface capable of supporting the reel weight plus hose and fluid load. Follow applicable OSHA and facility safety codes for pressurized fluid and compressed air systems during installation and service.
