The COXREELS C-HP-325-325 is a dual-circuit, spring-driven combination hose reel designed to house two hose lines in a single compact assembly. Built for trade applications where two fluid or air sources are required and wall or floor space is limited, this reel features a solid one-piece steel base with a no-weld expanded pedestal that provides a stable single mounting footprint. The CNC robotically spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges add structural strength while protecting hose from abrasion. A lubricated, enclosed cartridge-style motor houses a precision coil spring factory-tuned to the application for consistent retraction performance and long service life.
The C-HP-325-325 is suited for industrial, commercial, and fleet maintenance environments where dual-line delivery — such as paired air lines or air and fluid combinations — must be managed from a single mount point. Each reel in the assembly operates independently, allowing separate control of each hose. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, or vehicle mounting, making this reel adaptable to service bays, lube facilities, and mobile service units. Licensed mechanics, fleet technicians, and industrial maintenance crews are the typical installers.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct installation unit for dual-hose applications requiring a spring-driven combination reel with a 3/8 inch ID hose capacity. Also available in air hose and electrical cord combinations within the C Series line.
Installation is typically performed by licensed industrial or fleet maintenance technicians. Before mounting or connecting hoses, depressurize all lines and isolate the fluid or air supply at the source valve. Secure the mounting base to a structural surface rated to support the assembly weight using fasteners appropriate for the substrate. Verify that all NPT swivel connections are sealed with thread sealant rated for the media being conveyed before returning the system to service.
