The COXREELS 1660-1124-E is a heavy-duty motorized hose reel from the 1600 Series, engineered for industrial and commercial fluid-handling applications. It accepts 1-inch ID hose up to 100 feet in length and features a 12V DC, 1/3 HP reversible motor for powered retrieval. The frame is constructed from 12-gauge steel using a one-piece CNC robotically welded hybrid A-frame design, providing the structural rigidity of an A-frame with the mounting versatility of a box frame. CNC spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges protect the hose during winding and improve operator safety. A nickel-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows seal maintenance and hose changes without removing the reel from its mount.
The 1660-1124-E suits demanding service environments where powered hose retrieval is required. Typical applications include fluid dispensing, washdown, lubrication service, and similar industrial tasks in shops, fleet maintenance facilities, and commercial service bays. The reel is sold individually and is designed for fixed or wall-mount installation. An adjustable tension brake prevents freewheeling during deployment, and the CPC powder coat finish resists chipping and rust in shop environments where exposure to fluids and abrasion is routine.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation hose reel for 1-inch ID hose assemblies in industrial, commercial, and fleet service applications within the COXREELS 1600 Series platform.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with hydraulic or fluid-dispensing plumbing. Ensure all fluid supply lines are depressurized and the 12V DC power source is disconnected before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel to a structurally adequate surface using appropriately rated fasteners through the vertical frame sides. Verify all NPT threaded connections are sealed with an appropriate thread sealant and pressure-tested before returning the system to service.
