The COXREELS 1275WT-3-150-C is a heavy-duty welding hose reel engineered to manage long runs of twin-line welding hose in demanding shop and field environments. Built on the 1275W Series platform, it features a direct bevel gear drive with a front-mounted hand crank for controlled mechanical retraction. The open drum slot design and low-profile outlet riser deliver a flat, non-crimping hose wrap across the full 150-foot capacity. The steel frame and CNC-spun ribbed discs are constructed for continuous use under the stresses of welding gas service. Licensed welding professionals and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers of this reel.
This reel is suited for welding supply stations, fabrication shops, and industrial maintenance bays where extended hose lengths are required. The dual brass swivel inlets — one on each side of the reel — accommodate twin-line welding hose connections and support full-flow, trouble-free gas delivery. The 3/8-inch ID hose capacity and 150-foot length make it a practical choice for large work areas where fixed-mount hose management is needed. An adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling during payout.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct fit within the COXREELS 1275W Series, intended for twin-line welding hose applications requiring 3/8-inch ID hose and up to 150 feet of capacity.
Installation should be performed by a qualified welding supply or industrial maintenance technician familiar with compressed gas hose systems. Shut off all gas supply valves and depressurize the hose lines before disconnecting or connecting hose to the swivel inlets. Mount the reel to a structurally sound surface using the integrated base mounting pattern in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable facility safety codes. Inspect swivel seals and all fittings for leaks after installation before returning the system to service.
