The COXREELS 1275WT-3-100-C is a heavy-duty welding hose reel engineered to manage long runs of bulky twin-line welding hose. Part of the 1275W Series, this reel uses a direct bevel gear drive for smooth mechanical retraction and features a low-profile outlet riser with an open drum slot design that promotes flat, kink-free hose wrap. The steel construction is finished in a chip-resistant, rust-inhibiting CPC powder coat. Dual brass swivel inlets — one on each side of the reel — deliver full-flow, trouble-free gas delivery. This reel ships as a single unit and weighs 77 pounds. Licensed welding gas technicians and industrial maintenance professionals are the primary installers.
The 1275WT-3-100-C is suited for industrial and commercial welding stations where twin-line hose runs exceed standard shorter-capacity reels. The 3/8-inch ID hose path and dual 3/8-inch NPT brass swivel inlets handle standard welding gas supply lines. The open drum slot and low-profile riser make it practical in fixed-mount shop environments or on service trucks where a hand-crank or optional motorized drive is needed for controlled hose payout and retrieval. The adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling during payout, adding control in busy shop environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-install welding hose reel for industrial and commercial twin-line welding gas applications requiring 3/8-inch ID hose capacity up to 100 feet.
Installation should be performed by a qualified welding gas technician or industrial maintenance professional familiar with compressed gas handling practices. Shut off and bleed all gas supply lines completely before mounting or connecting the reel. Secure the A-frame base to a rigid surface using the integrated mounting pattern; verify all fasteners are tight before pressurizing. Inspect swivel seals and all connections for leaks after installation and before placing the reel in service.
