The COXREELS 1275WT-3-100-A is a motorized welding hose reel from the 1275W Series, engineered to manage long runs of bulky twin-line welding hose in demanding shop and field environments. It features a direct bevel gear drive, a low-profile outlet riser, and an open drum slot design that delivers a flat, non-crimping hose wrap. Dual brass swivel inlets are positioned on each side of the reel, providing full-flow, trouble-free performance on both supply lines. The reel is driven by an aluminum-body, 4-vane air motor. Welding technicians and industrial maintenance professionals are the primary installers.
This reel is suited for fixed-station and mobile welding setups in both light industrial and heavy industrial applications. The open drum slot design accommodates twin-line welding hose up to 100 feet in length with a 3/8 inch inner diameter. The low-profile outlet riser keeps hose wrap smooth during payout and retraction, reducing kinking and wear. Its all-steel A-frame base includes a built-in mounting pattern, making installation and detachment straightforward in truck beds, shop floors, and overhead mounting configurations.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation reel for twin-line welding hose applications requiring a 3/8 inch ID hose path and motorized retraction in the COXREELS 1275W Series configuration.
Installation is typically performed by qualified welding equipment technicians or industrial maintenance personnel. Shut off all gas supply lines and depressurize the hose assembly completely before mounting or connecting swivel inlets. Secure the A-frame base to a rigid mounting surface using the integrated mounting pattern and fasteners rated for the reel weight. Consult applicable OSHA and CGA guidelines for welding gas hose installation requirements.
