The COXREELS 1275WL-3-350-C is a heavy-duty welding hose reel from the 1275W Series, engineered to manage long runs of bulky twin-line welding hose in demanding shop and field environments. The reel features a direct bevel gear drive with a front-mounted hand crank for mechanical retraction, a low-profile outlet riser, and an open drum slot design that keeps hose wraps flat and smooth. Dual machined brass 90-degree full-flow swivel inlets, one on each side of the reel, deliver trouble-free performance and allow straightforward hose installation. The unit weighs 64 pounds and is built on a one-piece CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base. Licensed welding professionals and industrial service technicians are the primary installers of this reel.
This reel is suited for welding supply stations, fabrication shops, and industrial service bays where long hose lengths require organized storage and controlled payout. The 3/8 inch ID capacity and 350-foot hose length rating support high-volume welding gas delivery applications in both fixed and mobile setups. The dual swivel inlet design accommodates installation on either side of the reel, adding layout flexibility during permanent mounting or repositioning. The hand crank model is well matched to environments where electrical service for a motor drive is unavailable or impractical.
Designed for use with 3/8 inch ID twin-line welding hose up to 350 feet in length; part of the COXREELS 1275W Series, which supports both hand crank and motorized configurations for welding gas hose management applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with welding gas supply systems and applicable industrial safety codes. Shut off all gas supply and relieve pressure in the hose before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the A-frame base to a structurally sound surface using the integrated mounting pattern and hardware rated for the reel weight and anticipated load. Verify swivel inlet connections are leak-free under working pressure before returning the system to service.
