The COXREELS 1275WL-3-250-C is a heavy-duty welding hose reel engineered to manage long runs of bulky twin-line welding hose in demanding shop and field environments. Built on the 1275W Series platform, it features a direct bevel gear drive crank mechanism for easy mechanical retraction without motorized assist. The reel uses dual brass swivel inlets, one on each side, providing full-flow 3/8-inch NPT connections with Viton seal maintenance access. CNC robotically spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges add structural strength while protecting hose from damage during winding. Welding gas technicians and fabrication shop crews are the primary installers of this unit.
The 1275WL-3-250-C is suited for professional welding operations requiring a fixed or semi-permanent hose management station. The low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design allow twin-line welding hose to lay flat without crimping across the full 250-foot capacity. The CNC-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base mounts directly to a floor, bench, or wall using the integrated mounting pattern, making it a practical fit for fabrication shops, maintenance bays, and industrial service facilities where hose management and gas flow reliability are critical.
Designed for use with 3/8-inch ID twin-line welding hose up to 250 feet in length. Intended for welding gas applications requiring dual-inlet swivel connections with 3/8-inch NPT fittings.
Installation should be performed by a qualified welding gas or industrial maintenance technician familiar with compressed gas hose systems. Shut off all gas supply valves and relieve line pressure before connecting or disconnecting hose or swivel fittings. Secure the A-frame base to a structurally sound surface using fasteners appropriate for the mounting substrate. Verify all swivel connections for leaks using an approved leak-detection solution before returning the system to service.
