The COXREELS 1275WL-3-150-A is a motorized welding hose reel from the 1275W Series, engineered to manage long runs of bulky twin-line welding hose in demanding shop and field environments. It features dual brass swivel inlets, one on each side of the reel, providing full-flow performance without restricting gas delivery. The unit is driven by a 4-vane aluminum body air motor and incorporates a direct bevel gear drive for smooth, controlled hose retrieval. A low-profile outlet riser paired with an open drum slot design keeps hose lay flat and crimp-free. This reel is installed and serviced by welding supply technicians, industrial maintenance crews, and facilities personnel managing high-volume gas distribution systems.
The 1275WL-3-150-A is suited for industrial and commercial welding operations where twin-line hose runs up to 150 feet are required. The 3/8 inch ID hose capacity accommodates standard welding gas supply lines. The open drum slot and low-profile riser make it practical in tight bay configurations or overhead mounting scenarios. The CPC powder coat finish holds up in environments with metal dust, weld spatter, and frequent chemical exposure. This reel is a strong fit for fabrication shops, shipyards, and heavy equipment maintenance facilities that need a durable, motorized solution for welding gas hose management.
Designed for use with twin-line welding hose with a 3/8 inch ID and a maximum hose length of 150 feet. Inlet connections are 3/8 inch NPT. Consult COXREELS documentation for approved hose types and gas compatibility for the 1275W Series.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial or welding equipment technician. Shut off all gas supply lines and depressurize the system fully before connecting or disconnecting hose or swivel fittings. Secure the reel to a structurally sound mounting surface using the integrated base mounting pattern; verify fastener ratings for the intended load. Connect the air motor supply line per the equipment manufacturer specifications and confirm all NPT fittings are leak-tested before returning the system to service.
