The COXREELS 1275WL-3-100-A is a motorized welding hose reel from the 1275W Series, engineered to manage long runs of bulky twin line welding hose. It features a direct bevel gear drive, a low-profile outlet riser, and an open drum slot design that keeps hose wrap flat and kink-free. Dual 90-degree full-flow brass swivel inlets, one on each side of the reel, deliver consistent gas flow and allow straightforward hose installation. The reel is finished with a chip-resistant, rust-inhibiting CPC powder coat. An aluminum body 4-vane air motor drives the unit. Welding technicians and industrial maintenance crews are the primary installers.
The 1275WL-3-100-A is suited for welding and cutting applications that require managing extended lengths of twin line hose in shop, fabrication, or field service environments. The 3/8-inch ID hose capacity and 100-foot capacity make it a practical fit for large bays or production areas where hose storage and retrieval speed directly affect workflow. The low-profile riser and open drum slot minimize hose stress at the outlet, which is important when cycling heavy twin line hose repeatedly throughout a shift.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct installation reel for applications requiring 3/8-inch ID twin line welding hose management with motorized retrieval in industrial or commercial welding environments.
Installation should be performed by a qualified welding equipment technician or industrial maintenance professional. Shut off all gas supply lines and depressurize the hose system completely before connecting or disconnecting swivel inlets. Ensure the air motor supply line is isolated and de-energized before mounting or servicing the motor. Secure the reel to a structurally adequate surface using the mounting pattern in the steel base, following applicable facility and safety codes.
