The COXREELS 1275W-3-150-C is a heavy-duty hand crank welding hose reel designed to manage long runs of bulky twin-line oxygen-acetylene hose. Built for demanding shop and field environments, it features a direct bevel gear drive crank for smooth mechanical retraction and a low-profile outlet riser with an open drum slot that keeps hose flat and prevents crimping. Dual machined brass 90-degree full-flow 3/8 inch NPT swivel inlets, one on each side of the reel, deliver unrestricted gas flow and simplify hose installation. At 90 pounds, this is a robust, stationary-mount unit intended for professional welding operations.
The 1275W-3-150-C is suited for industrial and commercial welding stations where twin-line welding hose must be stored, paid out, and retrieved repeatedly without kinking or tangling. The open drum slot and ribbed CNC-spun disc design accommodate the bulk of twin-line hose up to 150 feet in length. The steel A-frame base includes an integrated mounting pattern, making it practical for permanent installation on a welding bay floor, wall bracket, or fabrication cart. Welding technicians and industrial service professionals are the primary installers.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and direct-fit unit for oxygen-acetylene twin-line welding hose applications requiring a 3/8 inch ID hose connection and up to 150 feet of hose capacity.
Installation should be performed by a qualified welding technician or industrial pipefitter familiar with compressed gas hose systems. Shut off all gas supply valves and fully depressurize both the oxygen and acetylene lines before connecting or disconnecting hose at the swivel inlets. Secure the A-frame base to a structurally sound surface using the integrated mounting pattern prior to connecting any hose or gas supply. Follow applicable OSHA and compressed gas association guidelines for welding hose installation and inspection intervals.
