The COXREELS 1275W-3-150-A is a motorized welding hose reel engineered to manage long runs of twin-line welding hose in demanding shop and field environments. Built on a one-piece CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, this unit accepts 3/8-inch ID hose up to 150 feet in length. An aluminum-body 4-vane air motor drives the reel, and dual brass 90-degree full-flow swivel inlets — one on each side of the reel — deliver uninterrupted gas flow to oxygen-acetylene welding setups. The low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design keep hose flat and kink-free during retraction.
This reel is suited for professional welding operations in industrial facilities, fabrication shops, and commercial job sites where long hose lengths and reliable gas delivery are required. The direct bevel gear drive allows smooth, controlled retrieval of heavy twin-line hose. Permanently lubricated, self-aligning pillow block bearings reduce maintenance demands during continuous use cycles. Installers in welding supply, industrial gas, and mechanical contracting trades will recognize the practical advantages of the side-to-side swivel inlet placement and the open drum slot for fast hose loading and removal.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct installation unit within the COXREELS 1275W Series, compatible with 3/8-inch ID twin-line oxygen-acetylene welding hose up to 150 feet in length.
Installation should be performed by a qualified welding technician or industrial mechanical contractor familiar with compressed gas handling and oxygen-acetylene systems. Shut off all gas supply valves and depressurize lines completely before connecting or disconnecting hose swivel fittings. Secure the reel to a structurally sound mounting surface using the integrated base mounting pattern. Consult applicable facility safety codes and compressed gas association guidelines before placing the unit in service.
