The COXREELS 1275W-3-100-H is a heavy-duty motorized welding hose reel designed to manage long runs of twin-line oxygen-acetylene welding hose. Built on a one-piece CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, this reel features a direct bevel gear drive, low-profile outlet riser, and open drum slot design that delivers a flat, non-crimping hose wrap. Dual brass 90-degree full-flow 3/8-inch NPT swivel inlets — one on each side — provide unrestricted flow and straightforward maintenance. The unit ships at 79 pounds and measures 25.5 inches long by 22 inches wide by 22 inches tall. It is installed and serviced by welding equipment technicians and industrial maintenance professionals.
The 1275W-3-100-H is suited for shop floors, fabrication facilities, and industrial maintenance environments where 100 feet of 3/8-inch ID twin-line welding hose must be stored, dispensed, and retracted reliably. The hydraulic motor drive makes it appropriate for high-cycle applications where manual hand-cranking is impractical. The open drum slot and ribbed CNC-spun steel discs with rolled edges allow the hose to lay flat and protect it from abrasion during repeated use.
Designed for use with 3/8-inch ID twin-line oxygen-acetylene welding hose up to 100 feet in length. Part of the COXREELS 1275W Series of hand crank and motorized welding hose reels.
Installation is typically performed by qualified welding equipment technicians or industrial maintenance personnel. Shut off all gas supply valves and depressurize the hose lines completely before connecting or disconnecting hose fittings. Secure the A-frame base to a stable mounting surface using the integrated mounting pattern prior to connecting the hydraulic motor supply lines. Verify all swivel connections are leak-free under working pressure before returning the system to service.
