The COXREELS 1275W-3-100-A is a motorized welding hose reel engineered to manage long runs of bulky twin-line welding hose in demanding shop and field environments. Built on a one-piece CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, this reel handles a 3/8-inch ID hose up to 100 feet in length. The motor drive pairs with a direct bevel gear system for reliable, controlled retrieval without manual cranking. Dual brass swivel inlets, one on each side of the reel, deliver full-flow performance and allow straightforward hose installation and seal maintenance. Licensed HVAC, welding, and gas service professionals install this reel in production, maintenance, and service environments.
The 1275W-3-100-A is suited for oxygen-acetylene welding applications requiring extended hose lengths in fixed or semi-permanent installations. The low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design guide twin-line welding hose into a flat, non-crimping wrap around the drum. The CPC powder coat finish resists chipping and rust, making this reel appropriate for shop floors, fabrication bays, and industrial service bays where hose reels see daily use. The A-frame mounting pattern allows straightforward installation and removal from a work surface or mounting structure.
Designed for use with 3/8-inch ID twin-line oxygen-acetylene welding hose up to 100 feet, driven by an aluminum-body 4-vane air motor; intended as a direct-fit reel in the COXREELS 1275W Series.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified welding equipment technician or gas service professional. Shut off all gas supply valves and depressurize the hose lines before connecting or disconnecting hose fittings. Secure the A-frame base to a stable mounting surface using the integrated mounting pattern before connecting the air motor supply line. Follow all applicable compressed gas safety codes and facility procedures when routing and connecting oxygen and acetylene hose.
