The drum and frame are fully CNC robotically welded from 12-gauge steel, finished with a chip-resistant CPC powder coat for long-term corrosion resistance. Permanently lubricated, self-aligning pillow block bearings keep rotation smooth under repeated high-cycle use. Licensed hydraulic technicians and heavy equipment service professionals are the primary installers.

This reel is designed for dual hydraulic circuits, making it well-suited for hydraulic rescue tool systems, industrial machinery service, and other demanding high-pressure hydraulic applications. The hand crank and motorized configurations support hose lengths up to 200 feet at 10,000 psi, covering large work areas and extended equipment reach.
