The COXREELS 1275HPL-D-12-A is a heavy-duty dual hydraulic hose reel engineered for high-pressure tool and emergency rescue system applications. Part of the 1275HP Series, this reel is rated for hand crank or motorized operation at up to 10,000 psi and accommodates hose runs to 200 feet. The drum and frame are fully CNC robotically welded from 12-gauge steel, finished with a chip-resistant CPC powder coat for long-term corrosion resistance. Permanently lubricated, self-aligning pillow block bearings keep rotation smooth under repeated high-cycle use. Licensed hydraulic technicians and heavy equipment service professionals are the primary installers.
This reel is designed for dual hydraulic circuits, making it well-suited for hydraulic rescue tool systems, industrial machinery service, and other demanding high-pressure hydraulic applications. The hand crank and motorized configurations support hose lengths up to 200 feet at 10,000 psi, covering large work areas and extended equipment reach. The low-profile M14 x 1.5 female outlet riser and open drum slot design produce a flat, non-crimping hose wrap that protects hose integrity over a long service life.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit option for dual hydraulic hose reel applications within the COXREELS 1275HP Series, compatible with high-pressure hydraulic circuits requiring dual-line connections at up to 10,000 psi.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic or mechanical technician familiar with high-pressure hydraulic systems. Depressurize and lock out the hydraulic circuit completely before mounting or connecting the reel. Secure the reel base to a structurally adequate surface using the mounting pattern in the steel base, following applicable industry standards for hydraulic equipment installation. Inspect all swivel connections and hose fittings for proper seating before returning the system to service.
