The COXREELS 1275HPL-A-8-E is a dual hydraulic hose reel from the 1275HP Series, engineered for high-pressure hydraulic applications in demanding field and shop environments. The reel features an electric 12V DC, 1/3 HP reversible motor for powered retrieval, and is rated for high-pressure dual hydraulic service. The drum and structural components are CNC robotically formed and welded from heavy-gauge steel, finished with a chip-resistant CPC powder coat for corrosion resistance. Licensed HVAC technicians, hydraulic service crews, and industrial maintenance professionals are the primary installers of this reel.
The 1275HPL-A-8-E is suited for dual hydraulic emergency rescue systems and high-pressure hydraulic tool applications. The motorized configuration supports extended hose lengths and high-cycle service demands. The reel accommodates hose with a 1/4 inch ID and 1/2 inch OD, with a rated length capacity of 135 feet. It is appropriate for both fixed shop installations and mobile service unit mounting where reliable hose management under high-pressure hydraulic loads is required.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and direct-fit reel for dual hydraulic hose management systems requiring 1/4 inch ID hose connections and high-pressure hydraulic service.
Installation should be performed by qualified hydraulic or mechanical service technicians familiar with high-pressure hydraulic systems. Depressurize and isolate all hydraulic circuits before connecting or disconnecting hose fittings. Secure the reel to a structurally adequate mounting surface using the integrated base mounting pattern. Verify that the 12V DC power supply is correctly rated and that all electrical connections are made in accordance with applicable codes before energizing the motor.
