The COXREELS 1275HPL-4-8-E is a dual hydraulic hose reel from the 1275HP Series, engineered for high-pressure hydraulic fluid delivery in demanding service environments. It features an electric 12V DC, 1/3 HP reversible motor for powered hose retrieval and is rated for operation at pressures up to 10,000 psi. The reel is built on a one-piece CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base and finished with a chip-resistant, rust-inhibiting CPC powder coat. It is sized to carry 135 feet of hose with a 1/4-inch inner diameter and 1/2-inch outer diameter. Licensed HVAC, hydraulic, and industrial service technicians are the primary installers.
This hose reel is designed for dual hydraulic applications including emergency rescue systems and high-pressure hydraulic tool circuits. The 1275HP Series targets both commercial and industrial settings where two independent high-pressure hydraulic lines must be managed from a single reel assembly. Typical installations include service vehicles, fixed workshop stations, and mobile emergency response units requiring organized, reliable hose management at sustained high pressure.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit unit within the COXREELS 1275HP Series for dual hydraulic hose management applications requiring high-pressure rated swivels and motorized retraction.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic or industrial service technician familiar with high-pressure fluid systems. Depressurize and lock out all hydraulic circuits before connecting or disconnecting hose lines. The 12V DC motor wiring must comply with applicable electrical codes and be properly fused for the vehicle or facility electrical system. Verify that all swivel and hose fittings are rated for the working pressure of the connected hydraulic circuit before returning the system to service.
