The COXREELS 1275-6-75-EF is a dual hose reel from the 1275 Series, built for large-capacity industrial and commercial hose management applications. It accommodates hose with a 1 inch inner diameter and handles up to 75 feet of hose length. The reel ships with a 24-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible electric motor for powered rewind, though hand crank operation is also supported. Two machined brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivels provide leak-resistant connections, and the one-piece all-welded steel A-frame construction delivers rigid, bolt-free mounting. Licensed technicians and industrial service professionals are the typical installers for this class of reel.
The 1275-6-75-EF is suited for high-volume fluid transfer in industrial plants, fleet maintenance facilities, service bays, and commercial wash-down operations where large-diameter hose and long hose runs are required. The dual-plumbing configuration features two swivel inlets and two low-profile outlet risers aligned with an open drum slot, producing a non-crimping, flat, smooth hose wrap that extends hose service life. This design is particularly effective where hose integrity under repeated cycling is critical to uptime.
Designed for use with 1 inch inner diameter hose up to 75 feet in length; part of the COXREELS 1275 Series dual hose reel platform intended for large-capacity industrial and commercial fluid transfer applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with industrial hose reel systems and low-voltage DC electrical connections. Shut off fluid supply and de-energize the 24-volt DC power circuit before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel to a structural surface using the mounting pattern located in the steel base, following applicable facility load and fastener requirements. Verify all NPT swivel connections are properly sealed and leak-tested before returning the system to service.
