The COXREELS 1275-6-75-ED is a heavy-duty dual hose reel from the 1275 Series, designed for large-capacity fluid transfer applications in industrial and commercial environments. It accommodates hose with a 1-inch inner diameter and holds up to 75 feet of hose. The reel is driven by a 12-volt DC, 1/2 HP explosion-proof reversible motor, making it well suited for motorized retrieval in demanding service conditions. Two machined brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivels allow for simple seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial service contractors are the typical installers of this equipment.
The 1275-6-75-ED is built for large-volume hose management tasks in industrial, commercial, and heavy-duty service applications. Its dual plumbing configuration with two swivel inlets and two low-profile outlet risers supports a non-crimping, flat smooth hose wrap through the open drum slot design. The explosion-proof motor classification makes it appropriate for use in environments where flammable vapors or gases may be present. This reel is sold as a single unit and is intended for permanent or semi-permanent mounting in service bays, wash facilities, lubrication stations, and similar settings.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit unit for large-capacity dual hose reel applications requiring a 1-inch ID hose path and motorized electric drive retrieval.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial or mechanical contractor familiar with motorized reel systems and applicable electrical codes. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power before servicing the motor, wiring connections, or swivel assemblies. Ensure the mounting surface is rated for the combined weight of the reel and filled hose load before securing the base. Verify that the 12V DC power supply is properly sized and fused per NEC requirements before energizing the drive motor.
