The COXREELS 1275-6-50-ED is a heavy-duty dual hose reel from the 1275 Series, engineered for large-capacity fluid handling in demanding industrial and commercial environments. It accepts hose with a 1 inch inner diameter and holds up to 50 feet of hose. The reel is driven by an electric 12-volt DC, 1/2 HP explosion-proof reversible motor, making it well suited for powered retrieval in hazardous or high-volume service settings. Dual plumbing with two swivel inlets and two low-profile outlets produces a non-crimping, flat smooth hose wrap. The all-welded one-piece frame provides structural rigidity without bolted joints.
The 1275-6-50-ED is intended for large-capacity hose management in industrial, fleet, agricultural, and heavy-duty service applications. The explosion-proof motor designation makes it appropriate for use in environments with flammable vapors or classified hazardous locations. Installation is typically performed by industrial mechanics or experienced service technicians. The dual-outlet, open drum slot design accommodates parallel hose routing for systems requiring simultaneous fluid delivery on two lines.
Designed as an OEM-specification replacement or direct-fit unit for large-capacity dual-hose reel applications requiring a 1 inch ID hose with 50 feet of capacity and a 12-volt DC electric drive.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial mechanic or service technician familiar with powered hose reel systems. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power and depressurize the fluid system completely before mounting or servicing the reel. The mounting pattern is located in the steel base for straightforward installation and detachment. In classified hazardous locations, verify that the electrical installation complies with applicable NEC requirements for the area classification before energizing the motor.
