The COXREELS 1275-6-50-EB is a heavy-duty dual hose reel from the 1275 Series, built for large-capacity hose management in demanding trade and industrial environments. It accommodates hose with a 1-inch inner diameter and holds up to 50 feet of hose. The reel ships with a 24-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible electric motor for powered retrieval, and the positive gear drive rewind delivers consistent, trouble-free operation. A one-piece, all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base provides rigid support without bolted joints. The CPC powder coat finish resists chipping, rust, and corrosion for long service life. Licensed plumbers, industrial maintenance technicians, and fluid-handling contractors are the primary installers.
The 1275-6-50-EB is designed for large-capacity dual-hose applications where two fluid lines must be managed on a single reel. Its dual plumbing configuration uses two swivel inlets and two low-profile outlet risers paired with an open drum slot, producing a flat, non-crimping hose wrap. This setup suits high-demand service scenarios such as fluid transfer, irrigation, pressure washing, and industrial process lines where hose protection and reliable retraction matter. The reel works in both stationary and vehicle-mounted installations.
Designed for large-capacity dual-hose reel applications accommodating hose with a 1-inch inner diameter and 1-7/16-inch outer diameter, up to 50 feet in length. Verify swivel thread specifications and motor voltage supply before installation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid-system hose reel mounting and low-voltage DC electrical connections. Shut off all fluid supply lines and disconnect power to the motor circuit before servicing or mounting the reel. Secure the reel to a structurally adequate surface using the mounting pattern built into the steel base. Electrical connections to the 24-volt DC motor should comply with applicable NEC guidelines for low-voltage motor circuits.
