The COXREELS 1275-6-100-EB is a heavy-duty dual hose reel from the 1275 Series, built for large-capacity industrial and commercial hose management. It accepts hose with a 1-inch inner diameter and 1 7/16-inch outer diameter, with a 100-foot hose length capacity. The reel is driven by a 24-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible electric motor with a positive gear drive rewind system that delivers consistent, trouble-free operation. The one-piece all-welded steel frame adds rigidity without bolted joints, and a CPC powder coat finish provides chip resistance and rust inhibition for long service life in demanding environments.
The 1275-6-100-EB is suited for industrial facilities, fleet maintenance shops, construction sites, and similar large-capacity applications where dual-hose routing is required. The dual plumbing configuration features two swivel inlets and two low-profile outlet risers paired with an open drum slot design. This layout promotes a flat, non-crimping hose wrap, making it appropriate for operations that require frequent hose deployment and retraction under load. Licensed mechanics, industrial maintenance technicians, and facilities crews are the typical installers and operators of this reel series.
Designed as an OEM-specification motorized dual hose reel for large-capacity industrial and commercial hose management systems requiring 1-inch ID hose and 100-foot capacity.
Installation is typically performed by qualified industrial maintenance technicians or licensed mechanics. Before mounting or servicing the reel, disconnect and lock out the 24V DC power supply in accordance with applicable NFPA 70E electrical safety procedures. Secure the A-frame base to a structurally adequate mounting surface using the integrated mounting pattern in the steel base. Verify that the electrical motor circuit and hose connections are properly rated and leak-tested before returning the reel to service.
