The COXREELS 1275-6-100-C is a heavy-duty dual hose reel built for large-capacity industrial and commercial applications. Part of the 1275 Series, it accepts hose with a 1-inch inner diameter and 1 7/16-inch outer diameter, handling up to 100 feet of hose. The reel ships as a hand-crank unit with motorized conversion capability. Two machined brass swivel inlets and two low-profile outlet risers work with an open drum slot design to deliver a non-crimping, flat hose wrap. The one-piece all-welded steel A-frame construction gives the unit the structural rigidity demanded in high-cycle service environments. Licensed plumbers, industrial maintenance techs, and fleet service professionals are the typical installers.
The 1275-6-100-C is suited for large-format hose management in industrial plants, fleet wash bays, construction sites, and commercial service facilities. The dual-plumbing configuration supports two-line fluid delivery or return circuits from a single reel. The open drum slot and low-profile outlet risers accommodate larger-diameter hose without bending or kinking, making this reel a practical fit for high-flow water, air, or compatible fluid service lines where hose length and controlled retrieval are critical.
Designed to accept hose with a 1-inch inner diameter and 1 7/16-inch outer diameter up to 100 feet in length. Dual NPT swivel inlets are compatible with standard NPT fittings. Confirm fluid media and pressure ratings of the connected hose against application requirements before installation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial maintenance technician or licensed tradesperson familiar with fluid-handling systems. Shut off and depressurize all supply lines before mounting or connecting the reel. Secure the unit to a structurally adequate surface using the mounting pattern in the steel base. Verify all NPT swivel connections are leak-free under system pressure before returning the line to service.
