The COXREELS 1275-6-100-A is a heavy-duty dual hose reel from the 1275 Series, built for large-capacity fluid or air delivery applications. It accepts hose with a 1-inch inner diameter and holds up to 100 feet of hose. The reel features dual plumbing with two swivel inlets and two low-profile outlet risers that work with the open drum slot design to deliver a flat, non-crimping hose wrap. Available in hand-crank or motorized configurations, this unit is engineered for high-cycle industrial and commercial service environments. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance technicians are the typical end users.
The 1275-6-100-A is suited for large-capacity applications in industrial facilities, commercial service operations, and fleet maintenance shops where consistent, high-volume hose deployment is required. The dual-plumbing layout makes it appropriate for systems that route two separate fluid or air lines through a single reel assembly. The open drum slot and low-profile outlet risers support smooth, repeatable hose layering across the full 100-foot capacity without kinking or binding at the outlet.
Designed for use with hose assemblies having a 1-inch inner diameter and 1 7/16-inch outer diameter, up to 100 feet in length; compatible with hand-crank or motorized drive configurations within the COXREELS 1275 Series.
Installation should be performed by a qualified tradesperson familiar with hose reel mounting and fluid or compressed-air system connections. Shut off and depressurize the supply line before connecting or disconnecting hose or swivel fittings. Secure the reel to a structurally adequate mounting surface using the integrated base mounting pattern and appropriate hardware rated for the load. Verify all NPT swivel connections are leak-free under working pressure before returning the system to service.
