The COXREELS 1275-4-50-EF is a dual hose reel from the 1275 Series, built for large-capacity industrial and commercial applications. It accepts hose with a 1/2 inch ID and 7/8 inch OD up to 50 feet in length. The reel supports both hand crank and motorized operation, with a 24-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible motor included. Dual plumbing runs through two machined brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlets and two low-profile outlet risers, producing a flat, non-crimping hose wrap. The one-piece all-welded steel A-frame construction provides rigid, bolt-free support. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and industrial service technicians install this reel in permanent and semi-permanent service bays, wash-down stations, and fluid transfer setups.
This reel is suited to demanding service environments where hose capacity, durability, and reliable retraction are critical. The open drum slot design and dual low-profile outlet risers keep hose lay flat and protect against kinking during high-cycle use. The CPC powder coat finish resists chipping, rust, and chemical exposure, making it appropriate for shop floors, wash bays, lube rooms, and similar heavy-use settings. The mounting pattern is built into the steel base, which simplifies permanent installation and allows detachment without removing the entire reel assembly from its mount.
Designed for use with 1/2 inch ID, 7/8 inch OD hose up to 50 feet in large-capacity dual-hose reel applications requiring motorized or hand crank retraction.
Installation is typically performed by licensed plumbers, fluid-system technicians, or industrial maintenance professionals. Mount the reel to a structural surface using the integrated base mounting pattern before connecting hose or fluid lines. Shut off and depressurize all supply lines before making swivel inlet connections or performing any maintenance on the reel. Verify that the 24-volt DC power supply is properly sized and that all electrical connections comply with applicable NEC requirements before energizing the motor.
