The COXREELS 1275-4-50-A is a dual hose reel from the 1275 Series, engineered for large-capacity industrial and commercial applications requiring simultaneous delivery through two hose lines. It accepts hose with a 1/2 inch inner diameter and 7/8 inch outer diameter, with a 50 ft hose length capacity. Available in hand crank or motorized configuration, this reel features dual plumbing with two swivel inlets and two low-profile outlet risers that work with an open drum slot to deliver a non-crimping, flat, smooth hose wrap. The one-piece all-welded steel A-frame provides rigid structure without bolted joints. Licensed plumbers, industrial maintenance technicians, and fleet service professionals are the primary installers.
This reel is suited for large-volume fluid transfer operations in industrial plants, fleet maintenance bays, agricultural service, and heavy commercial facilities. The dual-hose design supports applications where two fluid lines must be managed from a single reel station, reducing equipment footprint. The positive gear drive rewind mechanism ensures consistent, reliable take-up under daily working conditions. The open drum slot and low-profile outlet risers are specifically designed to prevent hose kinking or deformation during wrap, extending hose service life in high-cycle environments.
Designed for use with hose having a 1/2 inch inner diameter and 7/8 inch outer diameter, up to 50 ft in length, in dual-hose large-capacity reel applications. Compatible with motorized or hand-crank drive configurations as specified at time of order.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid transfer equipment and applicable facility safety codes. Power down or isolate all fluid supply lines before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel to a structurally sound surface using the mounting pattern located in the steel base. Verify all NPT swivel inlet connections are properly sealed and leak-tested before returning the system to service.
