The COXREELS 1275-4-200-ED is a heavy-duty dual hose reel built for large-capacity industrial and commercial applications. It accepts hose with a 1/2 inch inner diameter and 7/8 inch outer diameter, and it holds up to 200 feet of hose. The reel is powered by a 12-volt DC, 1/2 HP explosion-proof reversible motor, making it well suited for hazardous or demanding environments. An all-welded one-piece steel A-frame provides rigid structural support, while permanently lubricated pillow block bearings keep rotation smooth over long service intervals. Licensed contractors and industrial maintenance crews are the typical installers for this reel series.
The 1275-4-200-ED is designed for large-capacity dual-hose applications in industrial plants, fleet maintenance facilities, oil and gas service environments, and heavy commercial settings. Its dual plumbing configuration uses two swivel inlets and two low-profile outlet risers paired with an open drum slot, which promotes a non-crimping, flat, smooth hose wrap. The motor-driven rewind reduces operator fatigue in high-cycle operations where manual cranking is impractical.
Designed to accommodate hose with a 1/2 inch ID and 7/8 inch OD up to 200 feet in length. Intended for use in large-capacity dual-hose industrial and commercial reel applications where an electric-drive or hand-crank reel is required.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with industrial hose reel systems and low-voltage DC electrical wiring. Disconnect and lock out all power sources before making electrical connections to the motor. Secure the reel to a structurally adequate surface using the mounting pattern located in the steel base, and verify all NPT swivel connections are leak-free before returning the system to service. Consult applicable NEC guidelines when routing and connecting the 12-volt DC motor circuit.
