The COXREELS 1275-4-150-ED is a heavy-duty dual hose reel from the 1275 Series, built for large-capacity fluid transfer applications in industrial, contractor, and fleet service environments. It accommodates hose with a 1/2 inch ID and holds up to 150 feet of hose. The unit is equipped with an electric drive motor rated at 12 volts DC and 1/2 horsepower, allowing powered rewind in demanding work settings. The all-welded one-piece steel frame and permanently lubricated pillow block bearings support continuous-duty use. Licensed trades and industrial service technicians are the primary installers of this reel.
This hose reel is suited for high-volume fluid dispensing, wash-down, lubrication, or transfer systems where two hose circuits are required simultaneously. The dual plumbing configuration features two swivel inlets and two low-profile outlet risers, supporting a flat, non-crimping hose wrap across the open drum slot. It is appropriate for permanent or semi-permanent mounting in service bays, maintenance facilities, fleet shops, and industrial process environments where a motorized, large-capacity dual hose reel is specified.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct installation unit for large-capacity dual hose reel applications requiring 1/2 inch ID hose up to 150 feet in length with electric motorized rewind.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid transfer systems and low-voltage DC electrical wiring. Disconnect and lock out all power and fluid supply lines before mounting or servicing the reel. The mounting pattern is located in the steel base for straightforward installation and detachment. Verify that the 12V DC power source is properly fused and that all fluid connections are rated for the intended working pressure before placing the unit in service.
