The COXREELS 1275-4-150-E is a heavy-duty dual hose reel built for large-capacity industrial and trade applications. It accommodates hose with a 1/2 inch ID and 7/8 inch OD up to 150 feet in length. The reel is powered by a 12V DC, 1/3 HP reversible motor and can also be operated manually via hand crank. Dual plumbing with two swivel inlets and two low-profile outlet risers ensures a non-crimping, flat smooth hose wrap across the open drum slot. The one-piece all-welded steel A-frame construction provides superior structural rigidity. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial service contractors are the primary installers and operators.
The 1275-4-150-E is suited for demanding service environments where large hose capacity and dual-circuit plumbing are required. The open drum slot design supports flat, even hose layering across the full 150 feet of capacity, reducing wear and preventing kinks during deployment and retrieval. The motorized rewind function is particularly useful in high-volume service bays, fleet maintenance facilities, and industrial plant settings where frequent hose cycling is expected. The reel ships as a single unit and is designed for permanent or semi-permanent mounting.
Designed for use with 1/2 inch ID, 7/8 inch OD hose up to 150 feet in length. Intended for large-capacity dual-circuit hose reel applications in industrial, fleet maintenance, and commercial service environments.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with hose reel mounting and low-voltage DC wiring. Disconnect and lock out all power sources before making electrical connections to the 12V DC motor circuit. Secure the reel to a structurally sound surface using the mounting pattern located in the steel base. Verify all NPT swivel inlet connections are leak-free before returning the system to service.
