The COXREELS 1195-1332-C is a heavy-duty hand crank and motor-driven hose reel built for high-volume fluid delivery through large-diameter hose. Part of the 1195 Series, it features a 2-inch inner diameter and accommodates up to 75 feet of hose. The open drum design and exclusive low-profile outlet riser promote a non-crimping, flat hose wrap that protects hose integrity under repeated use. An all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base provides the structural rigidity needed to support the extra weight of large-bore hose in both stationary and mobile applications. Licensed contractors and industrial service technicians are the primary installers.
This reel is suited for industrial, commercial, and mobile service applications where long runs of large-diameter hose are required for increased flow volume. The mounting pattern is integrated into the steel base, simplifying installation and detachment in field environments. The front bevel-geared crank allows for mechanical retraction without power. Its robust construction makes it appropriate for demanding job sites, service trucks, and facility maintenance operations where frequent deployment and retraction cycles are expected.
Designed for use with 2-inch inner diameter hose up to 75 feet in length; suitable for hand crank or motor-driven operation in industrial and mobile service configurations.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid handling equipment and the applicable application requirements. Depressurize and drain all connected lines before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the A-frame base to a flat, structurally adequate surface using the integrated mounting pattern. Verify that all swivel connections and hose fittings are properly torqued and leak-tested before returning the system to service.
