The COXREELS 1185-3328-H is a large-capacity hose reel from the 1185 Series, built for high-volume fluid delivery in demanding industrial and mobile applications. It accepts hose with a 1.5-inch inner diameter and a 2.0625-inch outer diameter, handling up to 250 feet of large-diameter hose. The reel is driven by a hydraulic motor and features an all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base for structural integrity under heavy loads. CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs, an exclusive low-profile outlet riser, and an open drum slot design work together to deliver a non-crimping, flat smooth hose wrap. Licensed plumbers, hydraulic system technicians, and industrial service crews are the primary installers.
The 1185-3328-H is suited for high-flow applications where long hose runs and large hose diameters are required. Typical use cases include industrial fluid transfer, mobile service trucks, wash-down stations, and similar scenarios that demand reliable hose management over extended lengths. The open drum design and low-profile outlet riser make it well-suited for environments where hose integrity and quick deployment are priorities. The reel weighs 177 pounds, so permanent or semi-permanent mounting on a reinforced surface or vehicle chassis is the standard approach.
Designed for use with hose having a 1.5-inch inner diameter and a 2.0625-inch outer diameter at lengths up to 250 feet. Part of the COXREELS 1185 Series of hand crank and motor-driven large-diameter hose reels.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with hydraulic systems and industrial hose reel mounting. Disconnect and depressurize all hydraulic lines before beginning installation or service. At 177 pounds, the reel requires a structurally adequate mount surface; verify that the mounting substrate and fasteners meet the load requirements for the application. Follow all applicable local and federal codes for hydraulic system connections and mobile equipment installations.
