The COXREELS 1185-2528-H is a heavy-duty industrial hose reel from the 1185 Series, engineered for long lengths of large-diameter hose where high-volume fluid delivery is required. The reel features a hydraulic motor drive paired with a hand-crank option, an all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, and CNC robotically spun ribbed discs with rolled edges. An exclusive low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design keeps hose wrap flat and non-crimping, protecting hose integrity across extended service cycles. At 130 pounds, this is a fixed or mobile mount unit intended for licensed trades and industrial service operations handling demanding flow applications.
The 1185-2528-H is suited for commercial and industrial installations where large-diameter hose — 1.5 inches ID — must be deployed and retrieved repeatedly over long runs up to 150 feet. Typical applications include industrial fluid transfer, wash-down systems, heavy mobile service rigs, and high-volume delivery setups where hose protection and reel durability under load are critical. The open drum design and surface-mount bearings support reliable performance in both stationary and mobile configurations.
Designed for use with large-diameter hose at 1.5 inches ID and compatible with standard NPT swivel connections; intended as a direct-fit unit within the COXREELS 1185 Series reel platform for industrial and heavy mobile service applications.
Installation should be performed by qualified service technicians familiar with hydraulic or fluid-transfer systems. Shut down all fluid supply and depressurize the hose circuit before mounting or connecting the reel. The A-frame base mounting pattern allows for secure bolted attachment to a flat surface or mobile service rig deck. Verify hydraulic motor supply connections and swivel NPT fittings are properly sealed and rated for the system operating pressure before returning the system to service.
