The COXREELS 117WT-1-200 is a hand-crank welding gas hose reel from the 100W Series, designed for managing welding gas supply hose in commercial and industrial work environments. It accepts 1/4 inch ID hose up to 200 feet and retracts manually via a direct hand crank. The frame is fabricated from heavy-gauge steel in a one-piece U-shaped design, keeping the unit compact and lightweight without sacrificing rigidity. An external 90-degree full-flow dual-ported brass swivel with Viton seals delivers both inlet and outlet connections from the same side of the reel, eliminating the need to dismount the unit for hose connections. All models in this series are supplied without hose.
The 117WT-1-200 is suited for welding stations, fabrication shops, and industrial maintenance applications where welding gas hose management is required. The compact footprint makes it practical for both fixed wall-mount and portable cart installations. It is appropriate for use with common welding gases where a 1/4 inch ID hose and brass swivel components are compatible with the gas being used. This reel is intended for professional installation and daily use in commercial and industrial settings.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation welding gas hose reel for commercial and industrial applications requiring 1/4 inch ID hose up to 200 feet in length. Supplied less hose.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified welding equipment technician or industrial maintenance professional. Shut off all gas supply valves and verify zero pressure in the hose before mounting or connecting the reel. Follow applicable federal, state, and local compressed gas and welding safety codes when routing and securing hose connections. Do not exceed the hose or fitting ratings for the specific welding gas in use.
