The reel features a solid one-piece heavy-gauge all-steel U-shaped frame and CNC robotically spun ribbed discs with rolled edges for strength and hose protection. It accepts 1/4 inch ID hose up to 200 feet in length. The external 90-degree full-flow dual-ported brass swivel with Viton seals provides both inlet and outlet connections from the same side of the reel, eliminating the need to dismount the unit for connections. Licensed welding and gas professionals typically install this reel in shops, fabrication facilities, and industrial service bays. All models are supplied without hose.
