The COXREELS 1175-6-50-EB is a heavy-duty motorized hose reel from the 1175 Series, designed for demanding industrial and trade applications requiring larger hose capacities. It accepts hose with a 1 inch ID and 1-7/16 inch OD and holds up to 50 feet of hose. Powered by a 24-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible electric motor, this reel automates hose retrieval to reduce operator fatigue. The welded steel A-frame base, CNC-spun ribbed discs, and permanently lubricated pillow block bearings give this unit the structural integrity needed for continuous service in harsh environments. A nickel-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount.
The 1175-6-50-EB suits commercial and industrial installations where motorized hose retrieval is required. Typical applications include shop air, water service, fluid transfer, and similar trade-supply lines in automotive, construction, manufacturing, and facilities maintenance settings. The open drum slot and low-profile outlet riser design produces a flat, non-crimping hose wrap, which is especially important when managing larger-diameter hose over repeated cycles. Licensed mechanics, maintenance technicians, and industrial service professionals are the primary installers.
The 1175-6-50-EB is part of the COXREELS 1175 Series, which shares chassis design heritage with the 1125 Series and is built for larger hose diameters and capacities. Designed as a direct-fit OEM-style motorized reel for applications requiring 1 inch ID hose connections.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid-transfer and electrical systems. Shut off all fluid supply and disconnect or de-energize the 24-volt DC power circuit before mounting or servicing the reel. The steel base mounting pattern simplifies attachment to a fixed surface; ensure the mounting substrate can support the reel weight and hose load. Verify all NPT swivel connections are leak-free before returning the system to service.
