The COXREELS 1175-6-50-C is a heavy-duty hand crank hose reel from the 1175 Series, built for industrial and commercial fluid-transfer applications. It accommodates 1 inch ID hose up to 50 feet in length and features a low-profile outlet riser with an open drum slot design that promotes flat, non-crimping hose wraps for consistent flow and extended hose life. The one-piece all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base provides rigid structural support without bolted joints. A nickel-plated steel full-flow NPT swivel allows seal maintenance and hose installation without removing the reel from its mount. Installed by industrial maintenance technicians, plumbing contractors, and facility service crews.
The 1175-6-50-C is suited for stationary or semi-permanent installations where larger hose diameters and longer hose runs are required. The reel is designed for workshop, fleet maintenance, agricultural, and light industrial service environments. The front bevel-geared hand crank provides controlled mechanical retraction, and an adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling during payout. The larger 1175 Series chassis accommodates greater hose capacity compared to smaller-frame series, making it appropriate for high-volume fluid delivery or wash-down stations where a compact reel would be undersized.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit hose reel for industrial and commercial fluid-transfer systems requiring 1 inch ID hose up to 50 feet in length within the 1175 Series platform.
Installation is typically performed by qualified maintenance technicians or plumbing contractors. Shut off all fluid supply and depressurize the line before mounting or connecting the reel. Secure the A-frame base to a structurally adequate surface using the integrated mounting pattern and appropriately rated fasteners. Verify NPT thread connections are sealed with compatible thread sealant before returning the system to service.
