The COXREELS 1175-6-200-H is a heavy-duty hose reel from the 1175 Series, designed for demanding industrial and trade applications requiring larger hose capacities and larger hose diameters. Built on a one-piece, all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, this reel accepts 1-inch ID hose with a 1-7/16-inch OD and holds up to 200 feet of hose. It ships with both hand crank and hydraulic motor operation, making it suitable for high-cycle service environments. Permanently lubricated, self-aligning pillow block bearings support smooth drum rotation. A chip-resistant, rust-inhibiting CPC powder coat finish extends service life in harsh conditions. Licensed contractors and industrial maintenance professionals are the primary installers.
The 1175-6-200-H fits residential, commercial, and industrial service applications where large-diameter, long-length hose management is required. Typical installations include lube service bays, hydraulic fluid transfer stations, industrial wash-down stations, and fleet maintenance facilities. The open drum slot and low-profile outlet riser design promotes flat, even hose wraps that reduce kinking and extend hose life during repeated deployment and retrieval cycles. The A-frame base mounting pattern allows straightforward installation to a fixed surface and equally straightforward reel removal when service demands it.
Designed as an OEM-style large-chassis hose reel compatible with 1-inch ID hose up to 200 feet in length; shares design lineage with the COXREELS 1125 Series platform.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid transfer or hydraulic systems. Shut off and relieve pressure from all connected lines before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the A-frame base to a rigid mounting surface using the integrated mounting pattern in the steel base. Verify that all NPT swivel fittings are properly sealed and that hydraulic motor supply and return lines meet system pressure requirements before returning the reel to service.
