The COXREELS 1175-6-200-EA-SP is an electro-polished stainless steel hand crank hose reel built for demanding environments where corrosion, contamination, and moisture are constant concerns. Rated for a 1-inch ID hose and 200 feet of hose capacity, this reel is part of the COXREELS 1175-SS Series, which uses all-stainless fluid paths and structural components throughout. The reel incorporates a 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlet machined from stainless steel, CNC robotically spun and ribbed stainless steel discs, and permanently lubricated self-aligning pillow block bearings. It is installed by industrial maintenance technicians, chemical processing crews, and marine facility operators who require rust-free, non-contaminating fluid handling equipment.
This hose reel is suited for food processing facilities, chemical plants, marinas, and any fixed or semi-permanent installation where rust and corrosion are unacceptable. The low-profile stainless steel outlet riser and open drum slot design provide a non-crimping, flat hose wrap that protects hose integrity over repeated use cycles. The one-piece CNC robotically welded 1/4-inch stainless steel A-frame base eliminates bolted joints for superior structural rigidity. An integrated mounting pattern in the base allows straightforward installation and removal. An adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling during unreeling. The unit also includes a 115-volt AC, 1/2 HP reversible AC rectified motor for powered operation.
Designed for use with 1-inch ID hose up to 200 feet in length. Suited for food and chemical processing, marina, and industrial fixed-mount applications requiring stainless steel fluid paths and corrosion-resistant construction.
Installation is typically performed by industrial maintenance technicians or facilities personnel. Power down and lock out the 115-volt AC supply before servicing the motor or electrical components, following NFPA 70E lockout/tagout procedures. Mount the reel using the integrated base mounting pattern on a flat, structurally sound surface capable of supporting the reel and a fully loaded hose. Confirm all NPT swivel inlet connections are properly threaded and sealed before pressurizing the system.
