The COXREELS 1175-6-200-E-SP is a heavy-duty stainless steel motorized hose reel built for demanding environments where corrosion, contamination, or washdown conditions are a constant concern. The reel features a 1-inch inner diameter hose path and accommodates up to 200 feet of hose. It is powered by a 12-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible electric motor for hands-free retrieval. Construction centers on electro-polished stainless steel throughout, including the fluid path, frame, and drum discs, making it suitable for applications where rust and contamination cannot be tolerated. Licensed tradespeople working in food processing, chemical handling, marina, or industrial washdown environments are the primary installers.
This reel is designed for applications that demand non-corrosive, clean-fluid delivery. Typical use cases include food and chemical processing facilities, marine service docks, and industrial environments where moisture, harsh chemicals, or sanitation requirements make carbon steel reels unsuitable. The 12V DC electric drive and adjustable tension brake make it practical in vehicle-mounted and fixed-station setups alike. The low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design promote flat, non-crimping hose wrap during retrieval, reducing hose wear over repeated cycles.
Part of the COXREELS 1175-SS Series. Designed for use in food and chemical processing, marina, and industrial washdown applications requiring stainless steel fluid paths and corrosion-resistant construction.
Installation is typically performed by industrial maintenance technicians or licensed tradespeople familiar with fluid handling systems. Before mounting or connecting the reel, shut off all fluid supply and disconnect the 12V DC power source. Secure the A-frame base to a flat, structurally sound surface using the integrated mounting pattern. Verify that the inlet NPT connection is properly sealed and that the electrical supply circuit is rated for the motor draw before returning the system to service.
