The COXREELS 1175-6-200-E is a heavy-duty motorized hose reel from the 1175 Series, designed for industrial and commercial fluid transfer applications requiring larger hose capacities and diameters. It features a 1 inch ID hose inlet, accommodates up to 200 feet of hose, and is driven by a 12-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible motor for powered retrieval. The all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base provides a rigid, bolt-free structure. A nickel-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows seal maintenance and hose swaps without removing the reel from its mount. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and industrial service technicians handling large-diameter hose runs are the primary installers.
The 1175-6-200-E suits commercial and industrial service environments where 200 feet of 1 inch ID hose must be stored and deployed efficiently. Its low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design promotes smooth, flat hose wraps that reduce kinking and uneven coiling. The larger chassis compared to the 1125 Series makes this reel appropriate for high-volume fluid transfer stations, truck-mount service rigs, and fixed bay installations handling substantial hose lengths and diameters.
Designed as an OEM-style fit within the COXREELS 1175 Series, sharing the same larger-chassis platform as the 1125 Series family. Accepts 1 inch ID hose up to 200 feet in length.
Installation is typically performed by industrial service technicians or licensed tradespeople familiar with fluid transfer and low-voltage DC wiring. Disconnect all power and depressurize the hose and fluid system before mounting or servicing the reel. The mounting pattern is located in the steel base for secure attachment to a fixed surface or vehicle mount. Electrical connections for the 12-volt DC motor should comply with applicable low-voltage wiring standards and the equipment manufacturer guidelines.
