The COXREELS 1175-6-150 is a heavy-duty hand crank hose reel from the 1175 Series, designed for industrial and commercial hose management applications. Built on a larger chassis than lighter-duty reels, it accommodates a 1 inch inner diameter hose up to 150 feet in length. The reel features a one-piece all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs, and permanently lubricated pillow block bearings. A nickel-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel and an exclusive low-profile outlet riser with open drum slot design ensure smooth, even hose wraps without crimping. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and industrial service technicians rely on this reel for organized, reliable fluid delivery in demanding service environments.
The 1175-6-150 is suited for commercial and industrial applications where larger hose diameters and longer hose runs are required. The hand crank mechanism provides direct mechanical retraction without the need for a power source, making it practical for a wide range of fixed and mobile service setups. The low-profile outlet riser design keeps hose wraps flat and even, reducing wear over repeated use cycles. An adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling during payout. The unit ships as a single assembly and mounts via a bolt pattern built into the steel base.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard service reel for industrial and commercial hose management systems requiring a 1 inch ID hose connection and up to 150 feet of hose capacity.
Installation is typically performed by licensed plumbing or industrial service technicians following applicable local codes. Before servicing or mounting, depressurize and drain all connected hose lines. Secure the reel to a structurally sound mounting surface using the bolt pattern located in the steel base. Verify NPT swivel connections are properly sealed with appropriate thread sealant before returning the system to service.
