The COXREELS 1175-6-150-C is a heavy-duty hand crank hose reel from the 1175 Series, designed for industrial and commercial fluid-handling applications. Built on a one-piece all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, this reel accommodates 1-inch ID hose up to 150 feet in length and 1-7/16-inch OD. A low-profile outlet riser with open drum slot design promotes smooth, even hose wraps without crimping. CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs, permanently lubricated pillow block bearings, and a front bevel-geared crank make this a reliable, serviceable unit for demanding job sites. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and industrial service technicians are the typical installers.
The 1175-6-150-C suits larger-diameter hose runs where the compact 1125 Series is undersized. The larger chassis accepts greater hose capacities, making it appropriate for commercial facilities, fleet service bays, manufacturing plants, and industrial maintenance operations. Its nickel-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose replacement without removing the reel from its mount, reducing downtime during service calls. The adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling during hose extension, supporting controlled deployment in both fixed-mount and portable cart configurations.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and direct-fit unit within the COXREELS 1175 Series hose reel platform, compatible with 1-inch ID hose assemblies up to 150 feet in standard NPT-connected fluid-handling systems.
Installation is typically performed by qualified industrial maintenance technicians or licensed plumbing and mechanical contractors. Depressurize and drain all fluid from the connected hose and supply line before mounting or servicing the reel. Mounting hardware should be torqued to the fastener manufacturer's specification for the substrate material used. Verify that all NPT fittings are thread-sealed and leak-tested before returning the system to service.
