The COXREELS 1175-6-150-A is a heavy-duty hose reel from the 1175 Series, engineered for industrial and commercial applications that demand larger hose capacities and larger hose diameters. This reel accommodates 1 inch inner diameter hose up to 150 feet in length and is available in hand crank and motorized configurations. The frame is a one-piece, all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, providing rigid structure without bolted joints. A low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design ensures smooth, even hose wraps without crimping. Licensed trades and industrial maintenance crews who work with high-volume fluid or air delivery systems are the primary installers of this reel.
The 1175-6-150-A is suited for industrial facilities, fleet maintenance shops, construction sites, and other demanding environments where larger hose diameters and longer hose runs are standard. Its heavy-duty construction supports continuous-duty use in both fixed-mount and portable installations. The motorized option, powered by an aluminum body 4-vane air motor, is a practical choice in high-volume or ergonomically demanding settings where hand cranking is not preferred. The reel is compatible with standard NPT hose fittings and mounts directly through the integrated base mounting pattern for fast installation or removal.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit reel for industrial hose reel applications requiring 1 inch inner diameter hose capacity up to 150 feet. Accepts standard NPT hose connections.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial mechanic or licensed contractor familiar with fluid and compressed air distribution systems. Depressurize and disconnect all supply lines before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel to a structurally rated surface using the integrated base mounting pattern and appropriately rated fasteners. For motorized air motor configurations, ensure the air supply is isolated and bled before servicing the motor assembly.
