The COXREELS 1175-6-125 is a heavy-duty hose reel from the 1175 Series, designed for industrial and commercial applications that demand larger hose capacities and larger hose diameters. Built on a one-piece, all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, this reel accepts a 1 inch inner diameter hose up to 125 feet in length. A nickel-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows straightforward seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. The exclusive low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design promotes smooth, even hose wraps and prevents kinking. A CPC powder coat finish provides long-lasting chip and rust resistance. Direct hand crank retraction and an adjustable tension brake round out the mechanical feature set.
The 1175-6-125 suits a wide range of trade applications including HVAC, plumbing, industrial fluid transfer, and general service environments where a high-capacity, manually retracted hose reel is required. The larger chassis of the 1175 Series accommodates bigger hose diameters compared to the 1125 Series, making it a practical choice for service bays, mechanical rooms, and job-site installations where 1 inch ID hose runs up to 125 feet are common. Its mounting pattern is located directly in the steel base, simplifying both installation and detachment from fixed mounting surfaces.
Designed as an OEM-style fit within the COXREELS 1175 Series platform, accommodating 1 inch inner diameter hose up to 125 feet in length. The 1175 Series shares design heritage with the 1125 Series but is built on a larger chassis for greater hose capacity and diameter.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified service technician. Before servicing or mounting, shut off the fluid supply and relieve all pressure from the hose and reel assembly. The mounting pattern is integrated into the steel base plate; use appropriate fasteners rated for the mounting surface and expected load. Verify that the swivel inlet connection matches the supply line thread specification before pressurizing the system.
